Nurse Aide Training / Home Health Aide Program
During the Nursing Aide Training/Home Health Aide program, you will learn the fundamentals of:
- Working in a long-term care facility
- Medical knowledge
- Caring for daily activities
- Infection control and common diseases
- Observing a resident
- Skills for assisting a resident
- Feeding and personal hygiene
- Clinical experience
- Psychosocial issues & taking care of yourself

Nurse Aide Training/Home Health Aide courses: 137 hours
(Nursing Aide Training course: 122 hours and Home Health Aide course: 15 hours)
